Ingredients: Each Gastro-Resistant Tablet contains 20 mg Esomeprazole (as Magnesium Trihydrate). Contains sucrose. See package leaflet for further information. Directions
Directions for use: Take one tablet once a day. Do not exceed this dose. The tablets should be swallowed whole. Do not chew or crush the tablets. May take 2-3 days for full effect. If your symptoms worsen or do not improve after taking this medicine for 14 days in a row, contact your doctor. Read the package leaflet before use. Oral use. Storage recommendation: Do not store above 30°C. Store in the original package in order to protect from moisture. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
What is acid reflux? Acid reflux, also known as acid reflux from the stomach and esophagus, affects everything from food to sleep. It happens when the stomach acid goes straight into the gullet, causing a narrow, reflux-like illness. It can be a sign of a serious condition, such as heart disease and liver cirrhosis, which can cause the gullet to narrow.Symptoms of acid reflux can include frequent heartburn, heartburn that is usually mild to none or lasts for about 2 days. Do I need to take this medicine for heartburn? Yes to some symptoms, such as heartburn getting worse and/or getting worse. The most common side effects of taking NEXIUM are headache, diarrhea, nausea, and flatulence. NEXIUM is not intended for use in women and should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. NEXIUM tablets are not recommended for use in children of less than 12 years of age.
